粉料水泥撒布車(chē)打料注意事項(xiàng)？

粉料撒布車(chē)租賃不同型號(hào)的車(chē)輛容積是不一樣的，因此打料的時(shí)候要特別注意車(chē)輛的容積，以免過(guò)于打料造成車(chē)廂撐鼓變形，甚至于開(kāi)裂。

水泥撒布車(chē)出租在施工過(guò)程中，有師傅可能會(huì)問(wèn)，為什么我的車(chē)還沒(méi)裝到相對(duì)應(yīng)的噸數(shù)車(chē)廂會(huì)變形呢？其實(shí)這個(gè)道理很簡(jiǎn)單，這個(gè)和施工所用的物料比重有很大的關(guān)系。在一定的容積內(nèi)，物料比重大了，裝載的物料噸位就多，物料比重小了裝載的物料噸位就少。那么如何更好的去注意呢？以下幾個(gè)小常識(shí)大家可以借鑒一下。

（1）、打料時(shí)注意好罐車(chē)的打料管方向，盡量保持罐車(chē)打料管和撒布車(chē)打料口在同一位置，避免彎折。

（2）、撒布操作系統(tǒng)頁(yè)面有材料密度設(shè)定，可根據(jù)材料密度（出廠設(shè)定為110×10kg/m?）設(shè)定去改變稱(chēng)重報(bào)警提醒，材料密度設(shè)定數(shù)值越大，說(shuō)明物料比重越大，稱(chēng)重報(bào)警數(shù)值會(huì)越大；材料密度設(shè)定數(shù)值越小，說(shuō)明物料比重越輕，稱(chēng)重報(bào)警數(shù)值會(huì)越小。
(2) There is material density setting on the spreading operation system page. The weighing alarm can be changed according to the material density setting (factory setting is 110 × 10kg / M?). （3）、同樣的罐車(chē)不同的物料也有裝的多與少的情況，有些罐車(chē)師傅也會(huì)知道材料密度是多少。比如，同樣的運(yùn)輸罐車(chē)平時(shí)裝料35噸就滿(mǎn)了，當(dāng)天裝了30噸，這種情況就說(shuō)明該物料比重偏輕，打料施工的時(shí)候就必須得特別留意。
(3) For the same tanker, different materials are loaded more or less. Some tanker masters will know the density of materials. For example, the same transport tanker is usually filled with 35 tons of material, and it is loaded with 30 tons on the same day. This situation indicates that the proportion of the material is light, so special attention must be paid to the construction of the material.
（4）、水泥的比重多受原材料比重影響較大；白灰的比重多受干濕度、摻雜的石粉、顆粒料的含量影響較大，白灰施工的時(shí)候要特別留意車(chē)輛的打料量。

（5）、有時(shí)可能存在罐車(chē)?yán)瓉?lái)的物料兩車(chē)多才能裝下的情況，有的師傅怕麻煩會(huì)選擇兩車(chē)打完，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間如此也會(huì)對(duì)車(chē)輛及除塵系統(tǒng)造成損傷。
